Precision Sheet Metal Modeling

We take your new design concept and prepare needed model files so a protype can be built.  Part drawings with notes can be made of your product that will be needed for the manufacturing shop to complete the job.

Custom CNC Tooling

We design custom tooling for the CNC Turret Punch press and incorporate this special tooling in the models to help make your design project cost-effective and complete.  Adding specials, such as embosses, card guides, lance and form tooling –and others– can make your project more easily manufactured, cost-effective and work.

Existing Products

We can maintain, modify, or update existing products.  If you do not have your own modeling resources (software, personal) for what you require, files can be maintained on a one by one basis to economically meet your needs.

2D to 3D

Legacy 2D files or parts shown on blueprints can be converted to new 3D models to keep these parts going.  Modeling legacy parts and assemblies into a modern format can make your work more easily quoted and fabricated.  Once modeled, shop friendly drawings can be created.  Your company logo and other information can be added to make drawings unique to your company.  Supplying your vendor with a 3D geometry files and drawing files will have your parts moving through the shop quickly and efficiently.
